Leviticus 16:27
“পাপমোচনের নৈবেদ্যর ষাঁড় ও ছাগলটিকে শিবিরের বাইরে আনতে হবে| (ঐ সমস্ত প্রাণীর রক্ত পবিত্র জিনিসগুলিকে পবিত্র জায়গায় শুচি করার জন্য আনা হয়েছিল|) যাজকরা অবশ্যই ঐ সমস্ত প্রাণীর চামড়া, শরীর এবং শরীরের বর্য়্জ অংশগুলি আগুনে পোড়াবে|

কিন্তু যাজক অবশ্যই ষাঁড়টির চামড়া, ভেতরের অংশগুলো এবং শরীরের বর্য়্জ পদার্থ এবং মাথা ও পাযের সমস্ত মাংস সরিয়ে রাখবে| যাজক সেই সব অংশ তাঁবুর বাইরে বিশেষ জায়গায়-যেখানে ছাইগুলো ঢেলে রাখা হয়, সেখানে বয়ে নিয়ে আসবে|
Leviticus 8:17
কিন্তু মোশি ষাঁড়ের চামড়া, তার মাংস এবং শরীরের বর্য়্জ পদার্থকে তাঁবুর বাইরে নিয়ে এল| তাঁবুর বাইরে আগুনে মোশি সেগুলিকে পোড়াল| প্রভুর আজ্ঞামতই মোশি এসব করল|
