Job 25
1 তখন শূহীয় বিল্দদ উত্তর দিলেন:
2 “ঈশ্বরই শাসক| প্রতিটি লোককে তাঁর সামনে সভয়ে দাঁড়াতে হবে| তাঁর ঊর্দ্ধলোকের রাজ্যে তিনি শান্তি বজায় রাখেন|
3 কোন লোকই তাঁর ঐশ্বরীয সৈন্যবাহিনীকে গুণতে পারে না| ঈশ্বরের আলো সবার ওপর প্রতিভাত হয়|
4 ঈশ্বরের তুলনায় কেই বা অধিকতর পবিত্র? কোন মানুষই প্রকৃত অর্থে পবিত্র হতে পারে না|
5 ঈশ্বরের চোখে চাঁদ পর্য়ন্ত উজ্জ্বল নয়, তারারাও খাঁটি নয়|
6 মানুষ ঈশ্বরের তুলনায় কম খাঁটি| তুলনায়, মানুষ উল্লু এবং কৃমিকীটের মত!”
1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,
2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.
3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?
4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?
5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.
6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?
