খ্রীষ্ট এই কার্য়্য় সাধন করলেন য়েন ‘অইহুদীরা তাঁর দয়া পেয়েছে বলে তাঁর গৌরব করে৷ শাস্ত্রে য়েমন লেখা আছে:‘এই জন্যই অইহুদীদের মধ্যে আমি তোমার গৌরব করব; তোমার নামের প্রশংসা গান করব৷’ গীতসংহিতা 18 :49
