Nehemiah 7:3
আমি তখন তাদের নির্দেশ দিলাম, “প্রতিদিন সূর্য়োদযের কয়েক ঘণ্ট্া পরে জেরুশালেমের ফটকগুলি খুলবে| আর সূর্য়াস্তের পূর্বেই তোমরা ফটক বন্ধ করে তালা লাগাবে| এছাড়াও, রক্ষী হিসেবে যাদের নিয়োগ করবে তারা যেন এ শহরেরই বাসিন্দা হয়| এই সমস্ত রক্ষীদের কয়েক জনকে শহরের কয়েকটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জায়গায পাহারা দিতে পাঠাবে আর বাদবাকিরা যেন তাদের বাড়ির কাছাকাছি অঞ্চলেই পাহারা দেয়|”
