கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய மக்களை நியாயந்தீர்த்து, அவர்கள் பெலன் போயிற்று என்றும், அடைக்கப்பட்டவர்களாவது விடுதலை பெற்றவர்களாவது ஒருவரும் இல்லையென்றும் காணும்போது, தம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரர்கள்மேல் பரிதாபப்படுவார்.
