এই জন্য আমার গুরু, ইস্রায়েলের প্রভু সর্বশক্তিমান বলেন, “আমি আমার শএুদের শাস্তি দেব| তারা আর আমাকে বিরক্ত করবে না|

| hosts, of | צְבָא֔וֹת | ṣĕbāʾôt | tseh-va-OTE |
| the mighty One | אֲבִ֖יר | ʾăbîr | uh-VEER |
| of Israel, | יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| Ah, | ה֚וֹי | hôy | hoy |
| I will ease | אֶנָּחֵ֣ם | ʾennāḥēm | eh-na-HAME |
| adversaries, mine of me | מִצָּרַ֔י | miṣṣāray | mee-tsa-RAI |
| and avenge | וְאִנָּקְמָ֖ה | wĕʾinnoqmâ | veh-ee-noke-MA |
| me of mine enemies: | מֵאוֹיְבָֽי׃ | mēʾôybāy | may-oy-VAI |
