Deuteronomy 23:3
“অম্মোনীয় ও মোয়াবীয় কেউই ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের সাথে য়োগ দিয়ে প্রভুর উপাসনা করতে পারবে না| তাদের উত্তরপুরুষরা দশ পুরুষ পর্য়ন্ত কেউই সেই দলে য়োগ দিতে পারবে না|

সেই সময়, অম্মোনীয়র টোবিয সন্বল্লটের সঙ্গে ছিল| সে বলল, “যে দেওয়ালটা ওরা বানাচ্ছে ওটার ওপর একটা ছোট শেযালও যদি ওঠে ওটা ভেঙে পড়বে!”
নেহেমিয়া 4:7
সন্বল্লট, টোবিয, আরবীয, অম্মোনীয় ও অস্দোদীযরা খুব রেগে গেল কারণ ওরা শুনেছিল যে জেরুশালেমের দেওয়ালের কাজ এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে এবং গর্ত ভরাট করা হচ্ছে|

সে সময়ে আমি লক্ষ্য করি, কিছু যিহূদা ব্যক্তি অস্দোদ, অম্মোন ও মোয়াবের মেয়েদের বিয়ে করেছে|
ইসাইয়া 56:3
কিছু লোক যারা ইহুদী নয় তারা প্রভুর সঙ্গে যুক্ত হবে| ঐ লোকদের বলা উচিত্ নয়, “প্রভু আমাদের তাঁর লোক হিসেবে গ্রহণ করবেন না|” ঐ বিশেষ কতকগুলি এীতদাস যাদের নপুংসক করা হয়েছে তাদের বলা উচিত্ নয়, “আমি একটা শুকনো কাঠের টুকরো মাত্র, আমার কোন সন্তানের জন্ম দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা নেই|”
