কিন্তু পৌল কৈসরের কাছে বিচার চেয়ে কারাগারে থাকার জন্য আপীল করায়, যতদিন না আমি তাকে কৈসরের কাছে পাঠাতে পারছি ততদিন কারাগারে রাখার নির্দেশ দিয়েছি৷’
