যদি আমি ধন্যবাদ জানিয়ে খাই, তাহলে য়ে বিষয়ের জন্য ঈশ্বরকে ধন্যবাদ দিয়েছি সে বিষয়ে আমার সমালোচনা হবে এ আমি চাই না৷

য়ে কোন দিনকে বিশেষ মর্য়াদা দিয়ে থাকে সে প্রভুর উদ্দেশ্যেই তা করে৷ তেমনি য়ে মানুষ সবরকম খাবারই খায়, সেও প্রভুর উদ্দেশ্যেই তা করে কারণ সে ওই খাবারের জন্য ঈশ্বরকে ধন্যবাদ জানায়৷ এদিকে য়ে ব্যক্তি কিছু খাদ্য় গ্রহণে বিরত থাকে সেও তো প্রভুর উদ্দেশ্যেই তা করে৷

এরাই মানুষকে বিবাহ করতে নিষেধ করে ও কোন কোন খাদ্য় খেতে নিষেধ করে৷ কিন্তু সেই খাদ্য় সামগ্রী ঈশ্বর সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং যাঁরা বিশ্বাসী ও যাঁরা সত্যকে জানে তারা ঈশ্বরকে ধন্যবাদ দিয়ে এই খাবার খেতে পারে৷
