அந்நாட்களில் உலகமெங்கும் குடிமதிப்பு எழுதப்படவேண்டுமென்று அகுஸ்துராயனால் கட்டளை பிறந்தது.

எருசலேமுக்கு வந்தேன்; அப்பொழுது எலியாசிப் தொபியாவுக்கு தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்து வளாகங்களில் ஒரு அறையை ஆயத்தம்செய்ததால், செய்த தீங்கை அறிந்துகொண்டேன்.

எனவே நான் எருசலேமிற்குத் திரும்பி வந்தேன். எலியாசிப் செய்திருந்த வருத்தத்திற்குரிய செயலை நான் கேள்விப்பட்டேன். நமது தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தில் உள்ள ஒரு அறையை எலியாசிப் தொபியாவுக்குக் கொடுத்திருந்தான்.
