ஆகையால் கர்த்தர் அவன் கையில் ராஜ்யபாரத்தைத் திடப்படுத்தினார்; யூதா கோத்திரத்தார் எல்லாரும் யோசபாததுக்குக் காணிக்கைகளைக் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அவனுக்கு ஐசுவரியமும் கனமும் மிகுதியாயிருந்தது.

அப்படியே சாலொமோன் தன்னுடைய தகப்பனாகிய தாவீதின் இடத்திலே கர்த்தருடைய சிங்காசனத்தில் ராஜாவாக அமர்ந்திருந்து பாக்கியசாலியாக இருந்தான்; இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் எல்லோரும் அவனுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்திருந்தார்கள்.
