அக்காலத்திலே சுதந்தரமாகப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட தேசத்தை அர்னோன் நதியருகேயுள்ள ஆரோவேர் தொடங்கி, கீலேயாத் மலைநாட்டில் பாதியையும், அதிலிருக்கிற பட்டணங்களையும், ரூபனியருக்கும் காத்தியருக்கும் கொடுத்தேன்.
