ஒருவன் ஒரு குழியைத் திறந்து வைத்ததினாலாவது, ஒரு குழியை வெட்டி அதை மூடாதேபோனதினாலாவது, அதிலே ஒரு மாடாவது ஒரு கழுதையாவது விழுந்தால்,
